Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev awarded the title of the Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation

On April 25, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an executive order awarding Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev the title of the Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation.
