Rustam Minnikhanov meets Director General of Russian Helicopters Holding Company Andrey Boginsky

On April 18, at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the Russian Helicopters Holding Company Andrey Boginsky, who is on a working visit in Kazan, discussed issues of further interaction, including the activities of the Kazan Helicopters Plant, which is part of the Russian Helicopters Company.
