Tatarstan President holds working meeting on the revival of snow leopard population

On April 7, during the summary session of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage, the agreement on the revival of snow leopard population was signed between the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage, and Krasnoyarsk region.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov also held a working meeting on this issue.

During the meeting Russian Vice-premier Aleksandr Khloponin suggested creating a park of cats in the republic.

Rustam Minnikhanov said that the place would be chosen, and it might be the Raifa reserve.
