Rustam Minnikhanov: Increase of the efficiency of control and supervision in the sphere of nature resource usage will always be priority issues in Tatarstan

On April 7, at a session of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage in Innopolis, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the increase of the efficiency of control and supervision in the sphere of nature resource usage will always be priority issues in Tatarstan.

Before the session, Rustam Minnikhanov and other distinguished guests looked around the exhibition of modern technologies in the sphere of wildlife conservation. They were told about projects aimed at environmental protection and formation of ecological consciousness.

Russian Vice-premier Aleksandr Khloponin appreciated the experience of Tatarstan in the implementation of the systems of public ecological control.

Rustam Minnikhanov and Aleksandr Khloponin also met students of Children’s railway educational institution.

Welcoming participants of the session, Rustam Minnikhanov said that projects implemented in the republic and current activity of the enterprises are controlled by the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage. He thanked employees of the institution for systemic work on ensuring ecological safety.
