Nizhnekamskneftekhim Petrochemical Company: Revenues from sales of products amounted to over 153 billion roubles, net profit made 25.1 billion roubles in 2016

On April 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended the annual meeting of shareholders of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Petrochemical Company in Nizhnekamsk.

Making a keynote report at the meeting Director General of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Company  Azat Bikmurzin said that revenues from sales of products amounted to over 153 billion roubles, net profit made 25.1 billion roubles in 2016.

The growth rate of the company's production output made 102 per cent as compared to 2015, he went on to report. 

Bikmursin continued that more than 670,000 tonnes of rubber and 725,000 tonnes of plastics were produced. Ten millionth tonne of isoprene rubber and three millionth tonne of butyl rubber were produced. More than 88 per cent of the produced rubbers were shipped to the foreign market.

The amount of taxes and payments to the budgets of all levels were in excess of 16 billion roubles, he said.
