Minnikhanov sends telegram to Governor of St Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko in connection with the terrorist attack in the metro

On April 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent a telegram to Governor of St Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko in connection with the terrorist act that took place in the St Petersburg metro today.

"Please accept my sincere condolences in connection with the blast in the St Petersburg metro. The death of innocent people is always a tragedy and an irreparable loss for relatives and friends. Please convey words of sympathy and support to everyone who suffered from this terrible accident. We wish the injured a speedy recovery,” the telegram reads.
