President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited new flats of GPW veterans. Flats were granted within the limits of federal program on improving living conditions of war veterans. The construction was started in October 2010 and finished in April 2011.

Rustam Minnikhanov reviewed territory around the house and quality of construction.

Rustam Minnikhanov was accompanied by Aide to RT President on social issues Tatiana Larionova, RT Minister of labor, employment and social protection Airat Shafigullin, RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
