Mintimer Shaimiev holds field meeting in Bolgar

On March 13, during his working trip to Bolgar, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev had a field meeting at construction sites of Bolgar Islamic Academy and the Kul Gali Hotel.

The idea of establishing Bolgar Islamic Academy was supported by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. The Academy will become a religious, educational and spiritual centre of national and international significance.

Speaking at the meeting, Shaimiev noted that the construction of the Academy is moving forward at a fast pace, according to the previously approved schedule.

Director General of Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt Adel Khusnutdinov and Head of the contract organization - Director General of Gran Company Leonid Anisimov told about the progress of construction works.

Works on the interior finishing of the facility, the marble facing of  the facade and inner courtyard of the educational building, facades of residential campuses of the Academy, installation of internal engineering networks are currently underway. Also, preparatory works for the improvement of the territory are being carried out.

Anisimov said that the builders started finishing works at the Kul Gali hotel. The interior design of hotel rooms was presented by Director General of OOO “Workshop of architect Khakimova” Anna Khakimova and General Director of Sunlait Company Irina Shumova.
