Rustam Minnikhanov holds emergency meeting in connection with revocation of licenses of Tatfondbank and IntechBank

On March 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held an emergency meeting with heads of law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with the revocation of licenses for banking operations of Tatfondbank and IntechBank.

The priority task was set to identify and prevent siphoning off banks' assets, including debts under all credits issued to both individuals and legal entities to pay off affected banks' customers.

Also, the need to identify persons involved in the current crisis situation and bring them to justice was emphasized.
