Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev congratulates Rustam Minnikhanov on his 60-anniversary

You enjoy great respect in Tatarstan, where largely due to you much has been done for the dynamic development of the republic, the strengthening of its industrial and agricultural potential, the improvement of living standards of people. Today, large-scale investment projects, including special economic zone "Innopolis" that me and you opened, are being implemented at your initiative here.

Besides, modern polyclinics, schools, kindergartens, residential complexes, roads are being built, improvement of cities and settlements is underway in the republic.
