Tatarstan President meets Communist Party Secretary of Hunan province

On February 23, during his working visit to China, Tatarstan President had an official meeting with Communist Party Secretary of Hunan province Du Jiahao.

At the beginning of the meeting, Minnikhanov reminded Du Jiahao abour their meeting in Shanghai in May 2014, when the agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan and Hunan province was signed.

Tatarstan President thanked the province's leadership and local business community for their interest in the republic and noted that the parties should intensify their work to implement provisions of this document.

Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan appreciates high level of relations with China and focuses on expanding comprehensive ties aimed at strengthening friendship and cooperation between Russia and China.
