Rustam Minnikhanov discuss prospects of cooperation in the field of heavy oil with President of Hollbeach Solutions

On February 15, at their meeting at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of Hollbeach Solutions Company (Canada) Graham Lyon discussed promising areas of cooperation in the field of production and refining of heavy oil, considered the possibility of implemention of joint projects.
