Rustam Minnikhanov meets Head of the Federal agency for intellectual property Grigory Ivliev

On February 9, during the session of Tatarstan Ministry of economy and Ministry of Industry and Trade, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Federal agency for intellectual property Grigory Ivliev discussed issues of cooperation in the sphere of intellectual property.

Ivliev reminded that the 5th congress of Technology and Innovation Support Centers and 2nd international forum “Intellectual property and economy of Russian regions” is being held on February 8-10 in Kazan.

He also said that Tatarstan is one of the leading regions in the sphere of intellectual property and was the first region to implement a long-term grant programme of the development of intellectual property until 2020.
