Mintimer Shaimiev has meeting on holding MINEPS VI in Kazan

On January 31, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of trustees of the Regional Foundation “Revival” Mintimer Shaimiev had a meeting with the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs Eleonora Mitrofanova and State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation Natalya Parshikova.

The meeting discussed issues related to preparation and holding of the Sixth International Conference of Ministers and Senior Officials Responsible for Physical Education and Sport, MINEPS VI to be held in Kazan under the auspices of UNESCO.

Aims and tasks of the forthcoming conference, as well as organizational issues were also touched upon at the meeting.

Aide to Tatarstan President Leila Fazleeva, Executive Director of the Revival Foundation, Deputy Chairman of Tatarstan State Counsellor Tatyana Larionova, Minister of Youth Affairs and Sport of the republic Vladimir Leonov took part in the meeting.
