Rustam Minnikhanov expresses condolences to families and friends of those killed in the Russian Defense Ministry's Tu-154 crash

On December 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his condolences to the families and friends of those killed in the Russian Defense Ministry's Tu-154 crash.

“It is a great tragedy for all of us. I offer my condolences to the families and friends of the victims of the crash. It is an irreparable loss. We are mourning with you,” Minnikhanov said.

On Sunday morning, the Russian Defense Ministry's Tu-154 aircraft with 91 people on board disappeared from radars.

Later on fragments of the plane were discovered one mile from the sea shore of Sochi.
