Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan and Coordination Council of Employers' Associations of Tatarstan signed trilateral agreement

On December 16, at Tatarstan Government House, a trilateral agreement on social and economic policy and development of social partnership for 2017-2018 was signed between Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan, Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan and Coordintation Council of Employers' Associations of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of Federation of Trade Unions of the republic Tatyana Vodopyanova, and Chairman of Coordination Council of Tatarstan employers’ associations Aleksandr Lavrentiev have signed the document.

Khalikov noted that the first agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic and social partners was signed as early as in 1992.

According to Khalikov, the document has been signed in the troubled period of crisis and challenges. Nevertheless, there is an understanding between the unions, the employers' association and the government, and the republic has one of the most developed economies among the Russian regions.
