Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated world swimming champion, master of sports of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Krasnykh on a brilliant performance at FINA World Swimming Championship in Windsor.

Rustam Minnikhanov sent his greetings telegram to Chairman of the Sports Society “Dynamo”, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, President of the Tatarstan Swimming Federation, Minister of Land and property relations Azat Khamev, and honoured worker of physical culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Kuznetsov.
