Rustam Minnikhanov hands in order “Duslyk” to former Head of State Seed Inspection Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Kayumov

On December 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the order “Duslyk” to the former Head of State Seed Inspection Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, veteran of labour Damir Kayumov for his long service and considerable contribution to the development of regional agriculture.

The ceremony was held at Tatarstan Government House with the participation of Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov, and other officials.
