Rustam Minnikhanov: We should prevent the growth of debts for housing and utility services

On December 3, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, First deputy minister of construction, architecture, housing and utility services Aleksey Frolov said that Tatarstan citizens have applied to the Cabinet of Ministers more than 18,000 times for ten months of the current year.

Almost every second appeal concerned maintenance of communal property, and every fourth - payment for housing and utility services. More than 3,000 appeals were complaints about low quality of rendered services.
