On November 25, at the opening of the building of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan in Moscow judicial district of Kazan, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov said that the skill to execute justice when the losing side understands the decision is an important quality of magistrates.

Ildar Khalikov was shown the repaired facilities, session halls and offices of magistrates. He said that all conditions for comfortable work and reception of citizens were created there.

Khalikov congratulated magistrates on the event and wished them fruitful work.
