Rustam Minnikhanov to congratulate dwellers of Tyulyachi region on 25th anniversary of the region

On November 24 in the afternoon, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov will visit Tyulyachi region (Tatarstan) and take part in festive events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the region.

The president will open a new primary school and village club, visit the industrial park “Tyulyachi”, and attend the concert at the local cultural center.
