Tatarstan Prime Minister opens new multifunctional center in Baltasi region

On September 15, Tatarstan Prime Minister visited Baltasi region (Tatarstan) to take part in the opening of new multifunctional center that consists of the club, library, kindergarten and primary school.

The Prime Minister congratulated villages on the event and noted that a lot of important social facilities have been built in the republic for the last five years. Regional leadership puts much emphasis on the support of villages, and 30 social state special-purpose programmes are aimed at improving the quality of living in rural areas.
