Tatarstan President opens World Deaf Shooting Championship

On September 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf Valery Rukhledev, President of the Surdolympic Committee of Russia Aleksandr Romantsov, and Tatarstan Minister of Youth Affairs and Sport Vladimir Leonov took part in the opening of the 1st World Deaf Shooting Championship at Dynamo Sports Base, Kazan.

Aleksandr Romantsov thanked organizers for conditions created for the championship in Kazan.

During the ceremony Rustam Minnikhanov talked to members of the Russian team.
