Rustam Minnikhanov and Nikolay Nikiforov hand over diplomas to graduates of Innopolis University

On August 23, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minster of communications and mass media Nikolay Nikiforov handed over diplomas to 28 Master’s degree graduates of Innopolis University.

“Innopolis University takes up leading positions in rating of Russian universities, and it is a big merit of ideologists of this project, teachers and all our partners,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.   

The president thanked Nikolay Nikiforov personally for his active support in establishment of Innopolis. He noted that the number of students has increased twice this year.

Nikiforov reminded that Dmitry Medvedevand Rustam Minnikhanov laid the foundation stone of future IT city four years ago.
