Rustam Minnikhanov hands over keys from new school buses and certificates for purchasing laptops to heads of Tatarstan municipal regions

On August 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over keys from new school buses to heads of Tatarstan municipal regions in Laishevo region, Tatarstan.

He emphasized that it was an important day because a traditional August plenary session of educational and scientific workers would be held in Laishevo.

“The beginning of new academic year is coming and we will make serious decisions in the sphere of regional educational system today. Every year we introduce new important elements in educational process,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.  

He continued that municipal regions will receive 78 new school buses most of which were produced at Ford-Sollers plant in the republic. Moreover, 10, 000 new computers produced at “ICL-KPO VS” will be supplied to schools.
