Marat Safiullin: As of July, 1 of the current year tax debt to Tatarstan consolidated budget makes 7,223 billion rubles

On July 22, at a regional video conference at Tatarstan Government House, held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, the Head of the Federal Tax Service in Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that the total receipt of tax payments of the republic accounted for 209,3 billion rubles.

Minnikhanov said that the main issue is fulfillment of the Tatarstan consolidated budget in the first half of 2016, and the tasks of financial, treasury and tax bodies till the end of 2016.

According to the federal rating of Effectiveness of the activities of tax authorities, the Federal Tax Service in Tatarstan was ranked fifth in the first quarter of 2016, and third in 2015.

Marat Safiullin reported that in the first half of 2016 planned revenues to the federal budget would make 50,1 billion rubles, in fact it amounted to 55,8 billion rubles, to the Tatarstan budget – 78,3 bln rubles, in fact it amounted to 81,4 billion rubles, to the local budget – 13,7 billion rubles, in fact it amounted to 14,8 billion rubles.

Safiullin said that as of July, 1  tax debt to the Tatarstan consolidated budget was 7,223 billion rubles which includes 3,5 billion rubles – tax arrears, 1,1 – billion rubles – penalties and fines, 1,4 billion rubles – debts collected by bailiffs, 1,2 billion rubles – debts of taxpayers in bankruptcy proceedings.
