On July 20, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia - First Deputy Minister of Defence of Russia Valery Gerasimov discussed topical cooperation issues.

Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President Asgat Safarov, Secretary of Security Council of the republic Airat Shafigullin, Chief Enlistment Officer of the republic Sergey Pogodin took part in the meeting.
