Staff of Tatarstan President's Office successfully hit Ready for Labour and Defense qualifying standards

On July 5, employees of Tatarstan President's and Tatarstan State Counsselor's Administrative Offices have successfully hit the qualifying standards of the All-Russian sports complex “Ready for Labour and Defense” (GTO). 

Officials have passed all kinds of tests included in the GTO programme, in particular, press-up, long jump, bending, chin-up, throwing, swimming, running, etc.

The unified 10-day period of GTO started in Russia on May 15. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin had signed a decree to introduce the All-Russian sports complex "Ready for Labour and Defense" since September 1, 2014 in 12 pilot regions, including Tatarstan.
