Rustam Minnikhanov meets President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj

On June 21, during his working visit to Ulan Bator, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj at the Government House of Mongolia.

“Mongolia is a time-tested strategic partner of Russia. We are grateful to the leadership and governments of our countries for their attention to the creation of favourable conditions for developing interregional cooperation, and we are ready to strengthen our business relations,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.

He noted that the trade turnover is not big enough (11.4 mln dollars), and there are all opportunities to change the situation.

According to Minnikhanov, cooperation in tourism, education, agriculture, culture and sport should be developing.
