The Republic of Tatarstan ranked first in national rating of investment climate in entities of the Russian Federation

On June 17, during St. Petersburg economic forum, it was announced that the Republic of Tatarstan was ranked first in national rating of investment climate in entities of the Russian Federation. With other 50 governors of Russian regions, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended the event.

Head of the Agency of strategic initiatives Andrey Nikitin announced results of the rating. More than 400, 000 businessmen from all over the country took part in the survey.

According to Nikitin, businessmen now spend less time for cadastral registration, receiving building permits, and connection to electric networks. They have become more particular about supervisory inspections and corruption. The quality of roads has improved in 43 regions.
