Roman Shaikhutdinov: A sharp decline in subscription for regional publications is observed

On June 6, at a meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Government House, Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov told about problems with the subscription campaign.

Roman Shaikhutdinov announced latest data about the subscription campaign in the second half of 2016 and dynamics of the campaign in the republic. He noted that Tatarstan is one of the most reading regions, and was ranked 3d among Russian regions by results of the subscription campaign (339 copies for 1000 citizens).  However, there has been a sharp decline of 43 per cent in the campaign.
