Rustam Minnikhanov gets acquainted with activities of Jena University Hospital

On June 3, during his working trip to Germany (June 1 -3) Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhannov got acquainted with the activities of the Jena University Hospital (Thuringia).

During the presentation, Minnikhanov was told about the history of the hospital and stages of its development up to the present day.

The main research areas of the hospital include blood poisoning (sepsis) and its consequences, geriatrics - aging and its associated diseases, cell signal transduction, medical optics and photonics.

Minnikhanov and his party looked around laboratories and rooms of the hospital.
