Ildar Khalikov holds field meeting on development of Innopolis utilities infrastructure

On May 31, at an away meeting on the development of Innopolis utilities infrastructure Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov refuted information about Mayor of the town Yegor Ivanov resigning.

Using the opportunity, Khalikov congratulated Ivanov on his birthday and thanked him. “It is not easy for somebody with a good career to leave Moscow for the middle of nowhere like some time ago people from Moscow came to build Kamaz,” he said.

Khalikov inspected water supply station, sewage system and fire station in Innopolis.

He noted that today’s visit is not accidental, as the work to build facilities ensuring Innopolis functioning, water supply and sewage systems, entered the homestretch.

“They are operating in an installation and startup mode. They will very soon be completed. The task for the builders and public authorities responsible for due acceptance is to make sure the facilities are delivered by July 1,” Khalikov demanded.
