Tatarstan oil workers extracted 8 mln 615 thousand tonnes of oil since the beginning of the year

On May 31, at Tatarstan Government House, at a meeting chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on results of the work of small oil companies in the first quarter of 2016 it was announced that Tatarstan oils workers have extracted 8 mln 615 thousand tonnes of oil since the beginning of the year.

Senior officials of the Office of Tatarstan President, heads of ministries and departments, large and small oil companies the republic took part in the meeting.

"Small oil companies of Tatarstan have produced 1 million 768 thousand tonnes of oil or 22.5 per cent of the total oil production," CEO of  Neftekonsortsium (Oil Consortium)  Fanis Valiev reported. This is 8 per cent or 138 thousand tonnes more than planned.

Small oil companies of the republic transferred 10.8 billion roubles to the budgets of all levels, 1.768 billion to Tatarstan consolidated budget. A great job has been done - 58 wells constructed, while exploration is underway. Since the year beginning, a total of 2,700 meters have been drilled, which is a third of the annual plan. Extra-mining stocks are being actively developed.
