Tatarstan Prime minister Ildar Khalikov and chief of the Volga customs dept. Vecheslav Goloskokov discussed ways of raising customs administering

The ways of customs administering on customs posts of Tatarstan customs of Transkama region have discussed today at a meeting in held in SEZ Alabuga in which RT Prime minister Ildar Khalikov and Chief of the Volga customs dept. Vecheslav Goloskokov took part.

In his opening speech head of RT Government noted that Alabuga is a major point of the economy growth. In 2011-2012 it will provide a breakthrough rise of the Transkama economy and Tatasrtan as whole. The production volume of existing residents are growing, new residents appear. The growth should be supervised by Alabuga infrastructure including customs house.

«The productions which operate here and those coming to Alabuga must be sure that state is ready to create comfortable conditionsfor holding business, Ildar Khalikov underlined.

In opinion of chief of the Volga customs dept, the customs infrastructure drops behind Alabuga development. «In the beginning of year 2-3 declarations a day were submitted and suddenly a breakthrough appeared and the customs became ineffective to the increased transport flow”, Vecheslav Golskokov stated.

By his words, presently, system solutions are being prepared for altering situations. Staff decisions are to be made. Permanent working group on creating work in this field has been set up.
«For federal customs service interaction in special economic zones is a priority», - Vecheslav Golodskokov assured.

General director of special economic zone Alabuga Vasily Kudryashov told at the meeting about development prospects. By his words, currently, 13 residents are active in special economic zone, total volume of investments is planned in size of 30 bln. roubles. By year 2015 number of residents is supposed to approach 35. The residents have produced output in amount of more 20 bln. roubles, tax deductions exceeded 1 bln. roubles.

The report of Tatarstan customs Albert Mavlikov dealt with the ways of raising customs administering on cutoms posts of Tatarstan customs of Transkama region.
One of the ways – transfer to electronic declarations. Presently, 67 per cent of customs declarations in Tatarstn is filled up in electronic format. President of Russia put a task by January 1, 2011 to complete transition to 100-perecnt electronic declaring.

The highest growth rates on transition to electronic declaration among RF regions belong to Tatarstan, Vecheslav Goloskokov noted
