Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov takes part in Russian petrochemical forum in Ufa

On May 27, in Ufa, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a plenary session “Government regulation and industrial programs in petrochemical industry” within the framework of the Russian Petrochemical Forum.

The forum was held in Ufa from May 24 to 27 May 2016 and united two key industry events - International forum "Big Chemistry" and XXIV International exhibition "Gas. Oil. Technologiy-2016 " at one platform. 

The plenary session "Government regulation and industrial programs in petrochemical industry”  was the main event of the last day of the forum, May 27. 

The key topic of the meeting is updating basic documents determining the development of petrochemical complex - strategy and development plan for the petrochemical industry, industry plans for import substitution. Participants discussed new constraining and motivating factors of development of petrochemical industry and presented the most successful strategic projects in the industry.

This year more than 12,000 industry specialists from 15 countries, in particular, from Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Germany, Norway, the USA and others took part in the event. Leading players of the petrochemical complex, heads, of state corporations, international engineering and consulting companies, innovative centres, representatives of business associations and government agencies, expert and scientific communities were among them.
