Rustam Minnikhanov meets President of Islamic Development Bank Ahmed Mohammed Ali

On May 27, at his meeting with President of the Islamic Development Bank Ahmed Mohammed Ali at the Kazan City Hall before the plenary session of the Strategic Vision Group “Russia – the Islamic World”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Ahmed Mohammed Ali for his assistance in strengthening relations between the Islamic Development Bank and the Strategic Vision Group “Russia – the Islamic World”, adding that Tatarstan and the Bank have built good business contacts.

They  also discussed issues related to further cooperation based on mutual understanding and trust, and confirmed their interest in further rapprochement between Russia and Muslim countries.

Today at the plenary session of the Strategic Vision Group "Russia -  the Islamic World" Memoranda of Understanding between Tatfondbank and the Islamic Development Bank, between the Sberbank of Russia and the Islamic Development Bank will be signed.
