Projects of regional contest in the sphere of journalism and mass media “Crystal pen” were assessed in nine nominations

On May 19, on the Press Day, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the awarding ceremony of the XIX regional contest in the sphere of journalism and mass media “Crystal pen”.

Head of the Regional press and mass communications Airat Zaripov and Deputy Chairman of State Council, Chairman of the Union of journalists of the Republic of Tatarstan Rimma Ratnikova congratulated everyone of the event.

She reminded that topical issues of mass media industry were discussed at a meeting of journalists with Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin.

Zaripov wished all media agencies interested spectators and readers, family wellbeing and a lot of interesting events.

The award “For adherence to profession” was given to the presenter of Efir TV channel Konstantin Kuranov.

It was noted that 267 applications and 2,617 works were sent to the contest this year.

The contest was founded by the Regional press and mass communications and the Union of journalists of the Republic of Tatarstan has been held since 1998.
