Rustam Minnikhanov visits MuseumsQuartier in Vienna

On May 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the MuseumsQuartier in Vienna.
 

The MuseumsQuartier is located in the center of the city and serves as a venue for various cultural events. It is a home to a lot of museum and cultural facilities, which used to be scattered in different parts of the Austrian capital.

Tatarstan President visited the Leopold Art Museum, established on the basis of the private collection gathered by Rudolf and Elisabeth Leopold and being the most visited museum in the MuseumsQuarter.

Minnikhanov also visited the gift shop at the museum, got acquainted with its work and assortment.

He then looked around the exhibition of the museum, including Gustav Klimt paintings.

Minnikhanov emphasized the idea of creating a united museum area, allowing visitors to get acquainted with different expositions.

Following his visit, Minnikhanov has given an errand to study the experience of Viennese colleagues, organize and conduct training seminars for museum specialists to get them acquainted with modern trends and their use in the work of museums of Tatarstan.
