River cruise Kazan-Volgograd-Kazan to be organized for veterans of Great Patriotic War

On May 4, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection Elmira Zaripova said that as of May 1, 65, 214 veterans of Great Patriotic War and widows of deceased war participants live in Tatarstan.

According to the speaker, 359 improved their living conditions this year. 4028 veterans are under home care. She continued that 12 mln rubles of charity funds were collected within the framework of the campaign “Our dear veteran”. Personal greetings of veterans who will celebrate their 90th anniversary will be organized on behalf of Russian President.
