Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attends launch of the 4G wireless network in Kazan

Russia’s first 4G wireless network was put into operation by the Scartel Mobile WiMAX network, operating under service name Yota, in Kazan on August 30.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the launch ceremony.

The launch was dated to August 30th, the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan.
