Rustam Minnikhanov awarded the highest honorary Order “Kindness. Love. Care”

On April 23, in Kazan, at gala-concert of the XVI regional open television youth festival “Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk”, by the decision of Children's Rights Commissioner for the President of the Russian Federation, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was awarded the highest honorary Order "Kindness. Love. Care" for his selfless work for the benefit of children.

In his turn, Minnikhanov handed over the Order "Duslyk" to Children's Rights Commissioner for the President of the Russian Federation Pavel Astakhov for his fruitful cooperation and contribution to the protection of children's rights and active social work.

Moreover, Astakov was awarded the honorary Medal of the festival movement "Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk".
