Rustam Minnikhanov meets President of United Shipbuilding Corporation Aleksey Rakhmanov

On April 21, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of the United Shipbuilding Corporation Aleksey Rakhmanov discussed issues related to cooperation between Tatarstan industrial enterprises and shipbuilding companies, members of the corporation.

“The United Shipbuilding Corporation is a reliable strategic partner of the republic. You have great potential and you are aware of capabilities of our enterprises,” Minnikhanov said. According to him, issues concerning integration, participation of Tatarstan companies in programmes run by the corporation should be touched upon. 

In his turn Rakhmanov noted that issues related to potential collaboration, cooperation with suppliers in terms of civil shipbuilding should be considered.

They also talked about cooperation with universities and industrial design companies.
