Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with representatives of business delegation from Singapore

“Tatarstan should learn more from Singapore”, - RT President Rustam Minnikhanov said at meeting with officials of business delegation from Singapore. The meeting was held in Nizhnekamsk on finishing republican august meeting of educators with participation of Singapore delegation.

By words of Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan is proud of visit of minister-advisor of Singapore Li Kvan Yu in summer 2007 to republic. Later it resulted in new qualitative level of relations between Tatarstan and Singapore. Today republic cooperates with Singapore in many spheres - education, science, construction.

Rustam Minnikhanov informed that within the limits of Russian-Singapore business forum on September, 26-28, 2010 it is planned to introduce special presentation of Tatarstan economic potential. He highly assessed contribution of “International enterprise Singapore” company into development of Singapore economy.

Deputy CEO of “International enterprise Singapore” Yu Sun Pei thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for warm reception in Tatarstan. Thus, yesterday four documents on further cooperation were signed with RT Ministry of education.

RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, RT Minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov attended the meeting.
