Rustam Minnikhanov meets commercial director of "flydubai" Hamad Obaidalla

On April 11, during the 6th Annual Investment Meeting in Dubai, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met commercial director of "flydubai" Hamad Obaidalla.

Flydubai was founded in 2008 by the Government of the emirate to provide comfortable and affordable direct flights to Dubai.

The meeting discussed opening of direct flights Dubai-Kazan from July 2016 in order to increase the tourist flow between UAE and Tatarstan in summer.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the development of relations between Tatarstan and UAE is very important in the context of Russia-UAE relations. Flydubai is much sought after among the population of the republic.

Hamad Obaidalla thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for the opportunity to meet and discuss topical issues of cooperation.

Rustam Minnikhanov invited Hamad Obaidalla to Kazan in summer.
