President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov characterized budget performance for the first half-year 2010 as satisfactory

Working results of financial, treasury and taxation bodies of RT for the first half-year 2010 have been summed up today at republican meeting in House of RT government.

The meeting was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions.

By and large, Rustam Minnikhanov characterized budget performance for the first half-year 2010 as satisfactory. For six months of 2010 about 86 bln. roubles entered into consolidated budget. Index of industrial production has made 107,9%.

Tatarstan President also noted that it was possible to balance the budget of 2009 only due to attraction of additional funds in form of budget loans of federal budget. The situation is much better in 2010 but dry weather has done much harm to republic. 25 bln. roubles have been allocated for spring field works.

Head of Federal tax service administration on RT Marat Safiullin reported on work of taxation bodies in first half-year.

RT Minister of finance Radik Gaizatullin reported on budget execution. He informed that according to forecasts budget deficit in 2011 would make 12,5 mln. roubles. Besides, it is necessary to return 5,6 mln. roubles to federal budget.

Summing up, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the main source of budget performance is the income tax. By his words today economy is on the stage of recovery and we have to provide efficiency of work at our enterprises. He offered to organize work on monitoring and analysis of the income tax at  enterprises.

RT President considers that the second source of income is a personal income task. He suggested that the republican interdepartmental commission on improving living level and income legalization under leadership of first vice-premier Ravil Muratov would work more intensively.
