Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the 3d session of the working group on partner banking

On March 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and First Deputy Chairman of Central Bank of Russia Alexey Simanovsky took part in the 3d session of the working group on partner banking.

The working group created in autumn 2015 is headed by Alexey Simanovsky and contists of representaves of the Federation Council, Russian State Duma, ministries and agencies, financial and business society.

Kazan was chosen for holding the session because Tatarstan implements a pilot project on developing partner banking.

The working group discussed the experience of organizations that render services of partner banking and attract financing, proposals on further development of this sphere in Russia, and approved the roadmap on developing partner banking in Russia in 2016-2017.
