Formation of housing construction program for realization in municipal formations is being finished in Tatarstan

According to Tatarstan statistics for July, 1, 2010 914 000 m² of housing has been constructed in Tatarstan (46 % of yearly plan). Multi-apartment housing - 456 000 m², private housing – 457 000 m². 160 000 m² of housing is planned to be commissioned by program of social mortgage.

Nine municipal formations have made the largest contribution – Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk region, Laishevo region, Almetyevsk, Zelenodolsk, Tukaevsky, Buinsky, Vysokogorsky regions. This information was presented today by RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin at the meeting on issues of housing commissioning and major repairs of multi-apartment houses.

The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions.

Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that this year volume of works is half as much in comparison with last year. Problematic questions in some municipal regions are still preparation of documents and signing of acts of performed works in State housing inspection. Head of republic asked to take measures to correct the situation.

By words of Marat Khusnullin work on installation of devices of housing recording is carried out badly. He also reminded that it is necessary to develop a program of housing construction to be realized in municipal formations.

RT deputy minister of labor, employment and social protection Natalia Butaeva informed about work on registration of veterans for improving housing conditions. Thus,10 605 veterans registered after March,1,2005 are in the list for obtaining housing according to data for July,1.

Subsidies entered into accounts of 6132 veterans. 3007 veterans have already moved into new houses.
