Aleksandr Tkachev: “Krasnodar region should strive for Tatarstan achievements in IT sector”

Leadership of Krasnodar region plans to use Tatarstan experience in implementation of IT technologies in state management. This was said today by the governor of Kuban Aleksandr Tkachev while visiting IT park in Kazan. Numerous delegation consisted of heads of ministries, departments and municipal formations of Krasnodar region was accompanied by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Deputy prime minister – minister of informatization and communications Nikolay Nikiforov.

Nikolay Nikiforov presented achievements of Tatarstan in the sphere of implementing information technologies in state management. Minister of informatization and communications told about system of electronic documents circulation which is being used by 12 000 organizations throughout republic. Nikolay Nikiforov stressed that while elaborating “E-government” developers focused on principles of concentration and unification of infrastructure. Thus, sites of ministries, departments and municipal formations and thematic portals were developed according to these principles. By words of Nikolay Nikiforov the key task of “E-government” is rendering state services in electronic form via Internet. Today 6 electronic state services are successfully functioning in a republic.

Nikolay Nikiforov noted that only half of population in Tatarstan has access to Internet. To increase accessibility of electronic state services infomats were developed in Tatarstan - special terminals for those who are not able to use Internet.

Nikolay Nikiforov informed that Tatarstan jointly with Bashkortostan and Astrakhan oblast under the auspices of “Sberbank” is developing “Electronic card of citizen” for identifying a person in Internet. This card will let using many state services distantly. Also vice-premier told about projects “GLONASS 112”, “Electronic health care”, “Electronic education”, “Electronic region”. Head of Ministry of informatization and communications called on Krasnodar region to promoting these projects at federal level.

Director general of Agency on state orders Yakov Geller reported on system of electronic purchases. He thinks that the system lets the state efficiently support its business by making possible realization of production according to clear established rules.

Governor of Krasnodar region Aleksandr Tkachev was impressed by what he had seen in Kazan IT park. By his words Tatartan is an example in implementing information technologies in state management.

Ildar Khalikov in his turn promised to support Krasnodar region in any way.
