Irek Faizullin: 1502 appeals on issues of housing and utilities services received from citizens in January 2016

On February 27, at a video conference at Tatarstan Government House held by President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of construction, architecture, housing and utilities Irek Faizullin presented analysis of citizens’ appeals on issues of housing and utilities services.

According to Irek Faizullin, 1502 appeals were received in January. 1983 problems regarding housing and utilities services were raised in the appeals. 3-5 per cent of all appeals was about low quality of housing services and required capital repair. The minister also reported on the collection of payments for housing and utilities services.

Rustam Minnikhanov asked to pay special attention to the collection of payments in order to prevent the debt growth.
